Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs
On Thursday 08th of Juhly, the Vice-President of the European Commission, Antonio Tajani, and the Vice-President of the European Parliament, Gianni Pitella, held a joint press conference in Strasbourg stressing the strong support of both EU institutions for the programme and presenting the last Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs figures.
More than 2.500 entrepreneurs have applied for the programme so far, of which around 1.800 were accepted. The ratio between HEs and NEs stands at 1:1,8 for approved applications, meaning that for one HE recruited, two NEs are enrolled in the programme.
