
Evangelos Grigoroudis is Professor on Management of Quality Processes in the School of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete, Greece (2002-).
He followed postgraduate studies in Technical University of Crete, Greece from where he received his Ph.D. degree in 1999. He serves as Dean of the School of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete, and he is the Director of the Decision Support Systems Laboratory.
He is also the national representative in EURO (Association of European Operational Research Societies) and IFORS (International Federation of Operational Research Societies), Vice-President of the Hellenic Operational Research Society (HELORS), and member of the American Society for Quality (senior member), the Sigma Xi Scientific and Research Society, the New York Academy of Sciences, and the International Society on Multiple Criteria Making.
He has received the outstanding faculty member teaching award 2019 from the Technical University of Crete, honorable distinctions from the Hellenic Operational Research Society, best paper awards from the World Automation Congress and the Academy of Business and Administrative Sciences, and the gold award of the Greek Healthcare Business Awards 2017.
