Required:

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
– 1+ years of backend development

Cloud Services Company (Oxygen Pelatologio) is searching for skilled and talented engineers to develop and maintain our organization’s web (SaaS) products and services.

Cloud Services company is one of few Certified myDATA Providers from AADE and running Oxygen Pelatologio SaaS software (oxygen.gr) which is a business software CRM/ERP focused mainly at e-invoicing, cloud cashier/pos, online payments, eshops integrations and business management.

The Company has its headquarters in STEP-C at the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete.

Your duties will include managing and reviewing code, updating and maintaining existing applications or services and developing new web-based products and tools. Occasionally may request to do second level technical support to customers in case of more complex problems.

The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent coding skills, excellent communication with customers and team members, good task management, critical thinking skills and problem solver. Must be in a position that can predict problems and software needs.

Responsibilities:

– Maintain and update our WooCommerce plugin to ensure compatibility with the latest version of WooCommerce.
– Provide technical support to customers by answering tickets and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by customers and provide solutions to their problems.
– Work with the development team to identify and fix any bugs or issues with the plugin or the application.
– Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our ticketing system.
– Continuously improve the quality of our customer support by identifying and addressing areas of improvement.
– Develop and maintain documentation for the plugin and its features.
– Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in WooCommerce and WordPress.
– Work with the marketing team to create user guides, video tutorials, and other materials to help customers use the plugin more effectively.


Requirements:

– Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, and PHP.
– Knowledge & Experience with front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
– Basic knowledge of versioning control system (Git)
– Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MariaDB)
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills (Greek).
– Ability to work both independently and in a team, and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Experience:
