Oxygen (Cloud Services PC), is licensed for Electronic Invoicing from AADE, with headquarters in the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete.  Oxygen was founded in 2017 and is changing the electronic invoicing industry in Greece. Oxygen is looking for an aspiring marketing specialist to help with overall marketing strategy and execution, to increase brand awareness and drive web traffic. In this role you will be able to prove (and improve!) your skills and make a real impact in a company where ideas are welcome and people are encouraged to forge their own path.

Responsibilities
• Assists with the execution of digital advertising, such as GDN, Search, Facebook/IG, Programmatic and other means of advertising, in collaboration with ad agencies and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal / extrenal marketing teammates and designers to create effective communication strategies
• Coordinates relationships with marketing agencies, distributes and escalates matters accordingly
• Able to suggest comprehensive proposals for our corporate identity 
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing activities
• Assists with market research activities and competition analysis by gathering marketing data and intelligence via desk research
• Writes content for website, newsletters, social media posts and other digital properties as required
• Manages digital content on relevant CMS of Oxygen, e.g. website updates, campaign landing pages, etc
• Keep up to date with growth strategies across different channels
• Monitor and improve our customer nurturing campaigns 
• Prepares marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, banners etc and coordinates print production process and logistics
• Marketing event organization
 
Requirements 
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English (B2 and above) and Greek
• Ability to manage multiple social accounts 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
