South East Europe (SEE) countries elaborate and implement their innovation policies with various level of effectiveness. There is a lack of cooperation, capacity and common understanding of innovation performance, policies and supporting instruments in the region.
FINNO project will establish a sustainable mechanism for fostering innovation and contribute to the SEE region innovation performance. This will be achieved by developing a common methodology for measuring and monitoring innovation performance of companies and SEE countries with Technology Innovation Assessment Scoreboard (TIAS) and enhancing capacity of partner ministries and innovation agencies. Identified TIAS and policy gaps will lead to policy recommendations.
