The central idea of the project is to develop a series of actions and pilot applications aiming at cooperation between incubators in Greece (Crete) and Cyprus in order to encourage start-ups and spin-offs.
MESUP project is developed in 2 key areas:
a. Spin-offs
b. Technological Innovation and Human Resources Development
Two additional standards are also developed:
- The infrastructure
- Efficiency measurement indicators
