The business exchange relationship between Sara, the New Entrepreneur from Italy and the Greek Host Entrepreneur Filippos, is planned to last 4 months and summer is the ideal period due to the sector of their activity (outdoor athletic activities).
Sara believes that this experience will be a great opportunity for her professional and personal growth. By the end of their business exchange relationship Sara expects to gain a wide range of professional skills to put into practice when setting up her start up, a Sport and recreational centre. She will get guidance on the organization of sport, educational and environmental activities and events and she will gain the necessary knowledge to create outdoor activities in groups, kayak and SUP excursions and sports tournaments (group of hiking, cycling trips). At the same time she will enhance her knowledge in the fields of accounting, financial, marketing which are useful tools for the daily management of a company
